Disabled officer And family need help for christmas and electric bill I hate to ask for help!! I am the one who will help others when I can. Not the other way around. But here I am asking My husband was hurt in 1998 while he was working as a jailer for the Dallas Sheriff Dept. he has been though a lot of back and neck surgerys a total of 21 in the past 7 years. He will have to undergo more surgerys in the future. The injury has allso caused nerve damage down both of his legs and arms. The doctors said he is permanently disabled and will never work again. He has to use a electric scooter just to get around. He has a spinal cord stimulater in his back and a metal plate in his neck. The ounty/workcomp was paying him $1,508 a month but as of April 2006 they have stopped paying him and refuse to pay anymore. So we are $1,500 a month short! On top of all that this year I have had a few surgeries myself because I have the Brac 2 breast cancer gene. So needless to say the bills are stacking up. We have 3 kids and I work but its not enough money to pay our bills and keep our home. We really need your help with any thing you could send us. Or I can send you the kids Christmas wish list with there sizes. Then you could just send it to us. I thank you very much and god bless you.
